Thanks Ken. I was hoping that I wasn’t alone in this issue by a longshot. I just logged in and the login message reads something like “we are aware of the issue with mounts disappearing from the pet tab after adding them as a spell”. So I feel encouraged. But that’s the thing about MMO’s. It’s scary in the sense that you are at the will of the company if you lose items or even your character.

I have high hopes that you will get your stuff back. When the last patch lowered the level to get your mount to 30, I logged in and ran to get my mount. Clicked buy … nothing … clicked a few more times … still nothing. Tried to leave and couldn’t. A few minutes later and 8 mounts in my bag the server started responding. Blizzard did get back to me and took 7 of the mounts back while refunding me the money for them.
